About Investment Model Library

Editorial scope, preparation and the difference between public reference code and proprietary investment research.

A reference collection, not a strategy marketplace

The publication focuses on small, fully specified calculations that appear inside larger investment processes. Its useful object is the model card: a versioned contract with an executable example and clear failure behavior. No card is advertised as a profitable system or an inventory of licensed production models.

Preparation and responsibility

This edition was prepared with AI-assisted writing and software work, primary-source review and numerical tests. It does not claim an external editorial board, peer-review panel, customer track record or independent certification. Darren O'Neill commissioned the publication; its featured Vector Ridge introduction is promotional.

Corrections and future editions

A reproducible correction identifies the card version, input object, disputed output and supporting reference. The general official inquiry route is available below; it is not presented as an independently staffed editorial service. New methods or material changes should receive a documented new edition instead of silently changing the meaning of an old output. There is no promised automatic update schedule.
